2010 Sales Master Awards Criteria

The final deadline for submitting your entry will be Thursday, September 30, 2010, with no exceptions.  All entries will require a cover sheet that the Designated Broker will sign to confirm/approve of all listings being submitted on the award application. The criteria for the consecutive 12 month period for the 2010 Awards is September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2010 are as follows:
  • Sales Master:  35-59 Closed transactions or $4,000,000+ closed volume
  • Sales Master Gold:  60-99 Closed transactions or $6,000,000+ closed volume
  • Sales Master Platinum: 100+ Closed transactions or $10,000,000+ closed volume

This year we are having a special Sales Master Award Recognition Reception at Oak Hill on November 12, 2010.  Stay tuned for more information about how to purchase tickets for this event.

2010 GRAR Centennial Celebration
Luncheon Gala

The luncheon will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2010 from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM at the Hyatt Regency Rochester. Tickets are $25. This event will include the installation of 2011 Directors and Officers and presentation of the REALTOR® of the Year, Honor Society and Fran Henty awards for GRAR.
