Listing Violations

To report a violation, click the yellow Report Data Error icon from the Realtor or 360 Display/Report in Matrix.

To report a potential “off-market” violation, send an email (all reports are confidential) to MLSrules@grar.net with:

  • The listing’s MLS number
  • Photo or screenshot
  • Short description of the potential violation

The new “Transact” platform launched in June, 2025. This new system will eventually replace TransactionDesk and zipForm from Lone Wolf (likely in 2027). This agent-centric platform combines the features of TransactionDesk with an upgraded, deal-centered workflow that enables agents to track the deal’s clients, paperwork, and timeline all in one transaction.
Note – All features are not available in Transact yet, such as Upload to Matrix from Data Input Forms. We expect to see that feature at some point. Keep in mind that this is a completely new system, so some things may not come over automatically or will at some point. For example, they may eventually provide a way to bring your templates over but in the meantime, feel free to recreate them in Transact.

Your existing data is still available in TransactionDesk and or zipForm (Otsego-Delaware members), and you can continue using the platform—or choose to try out the new Transact. Once we’ve fully migrated to Transact,  all existing TransactionDesk/zip data files will be view-only.  Feel free to give it a try and know that this new tool is a work in progress. Use the normal support number to report issues or ask questions at 800-668-8768 or tdsupport@lwolf.com. Feel free to copy us so we can keep a list too at mlstools@grar.net.
