AUDIT OPTION: Already hold the GRI designation? GRI designees may take any GRI course for $50 (CE included) except GRI-1 Ethics.
Designation Courses Information
Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
Gain a solid base of knowledge on all aspects of residential real estate and grow your business into a practice with this most widely recognized national designation. To achieve the designation, you’ll take eight 7.5-hour courses plus 30 hours of electives.

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
Get the tools you need to fully represent a buyer with the ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
To earn and maintain the SRS designation, complete the two-day course and one elective, provide documentation of three completed transactions, complete the one-page application and maintain REALTOR® and SRS membership ($99 after the first year).
Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA)
Enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values with NAR’s Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification.
