Run for the GRAR Board
The GRAR Board of Directors is the governing body of the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS®.
Below are some reference links and information on how to run for a seat on the GRAR Board of Directors.
Qualifications for being a GRAR Director
(a) All candidates must be REALTOR® Members in good standing with the Association at the time candidates are nominated and would take office.
(b) Candidates for Directors shall have served on an Association committee for one (1) year within the past five (5) years.
(c) Candidates for the office of Secretary-Treasurer shall have served, at the time they take office, on the Board of Directors for at least one (1) full year within the past five (5) years, and shall have served on the Finance Committee for at least one (1) full year within the past five (5) years ;
(d) Candidates for the office of President-Elect shall have served, at the time they take office, as an Officer or Director for at least one (1) full year within the past five (5) years .
