ListHub
What is ListHub and How Does it Work?
ListHub is much more than a data feed! ListHub gives you a platform to manage the complexities of online marketing across a wide variety of reputable real estate marketing websites. This is about syndicating your listings. IDX and listing syndication often get confused. This is not surprising since both involve distributing and exposing listings online. They are different in one key aspect—IDX facilitates brokers advertising each other’s listings; syndication is strictly limited to a broker advertising their own listings.

How it Works
- MLS Connection: ListHub connects to the MLS
- Broker Registration: The head broker in charge can register online at no cost to use the service
- Broker Choice: The broker chooses sites, lead management settings, and where to drive consumer traffic according to the company’s business rules
- Accuracy: ListHub pulls the most up-to-date listing information and distributes according to the registered broker’s settings
- Automation: As new listings are added to the MLS, or as existing listings are updated, ListHub distributes the new and updated information automatically, ensuring that the broker’s online marketing is MLS-ACCURATE!
- Reporting: ListHub collects the traffic metrics from all of the publisher websites and compiles them into reports that provide brokers with critical marketing intelligence to guide their marketing and compete

Registration is a simple online process. Account confirmation may take several days while ListHub verifies that the registrant is the head broker in charge. During account registration, the broker enters their office codes from the MLS and other details to link them to their MLS listings. These office codes are the key identifiers of the listings for each brokerage, and they determine which listings will be picked up from the MLS system and distributed according to that broker’s account settings.
Agent Registration
Most Agents have two options when it comes to a ListHub dashboard: A legacy ListHub dashboard and a Realtor.com® dashboard. To access both, you will need to have an active ListHub account. Once your ListHub account has successfully been created here on our site, you will immediately have access to the legacy dashboard. To access your Realtor.com dashboard, go to Realtor.com to register for your Realtor.com Pro dashboard, finish the account registration process, and login.
The integration brings ListHub syndication and reporting right into your Realtor.com Pro dashboard, providing you with a broad set of business tools in one central place. Plus, you and your agents will have access to activity reporting previously only available with a paid ListHub Pro subscription!
- Streamline your marketing: Manage online marketing, syndication, and leads from a single dashboard.
- Improve agent onboarding: No more introducing incoming agents to multiple dashboards!
- Stand out from the pack: Deliver more value to agents and seller clients with business intelligence and activity results.
For reporting to show up in your Realtor.com Pro dashboard, reporting has to be turned on in your ListHub legacy dashboard.
Branch Offices
For firms with multiple branch offices, you will only need to create one ListHub account. You may indicate multiple office codes in your registration process. If you have offices in more than one MLS, you will need at least one account per MLS.
