The GRAR Staff

Manages the financial activities of the Association. Oversees accounts receivable and payable; serves as staff liaison to the Finance Committee; coordinates annual budgets for GRAR and UNYREIS; coordinates annual audit.

Coordinates all dues billing activities, collections, bank reconciliation and statements; accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Works closely with the Department of State, Division of Licensing; is Staff Liaison to the Professional Development Committee to assist with creating and delivering new course offerings for members.

Oversees MLS, support of all related tools and data feeds, coordinates planning and implementation of procedures and policies related to the MLS and other information services. Jane is staff liaison to the REALTOR/Bar and Tech Committees and the coordinator of the annual Reboot+ Technology Conference.

Oversees Professional Standards, Ethics and MLS Rules Compliance (including IDX rules and access to data for websites and broker tools).

Administers MLS Rules Compliance program and supports members in following established procedures for utilizing the MLS service.

The MLS & Technology Representative supports GRAR members in utilizing the MLS service and its related products, ensuring that these tools are working as needed to provide a positive member experience. The Representative also supports GRAR staff in using internal software and systems.
